Meet Erica Heinze
Erica Heinze is a Licensed Massage Therapist, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, and owner of Nurtured Being Wellness.
Her path to massage therapy began through her work as a lactation consultant. While supporting babies and families with feeding challenges, Erica often saw how much body tension could affect comfort, function, and connection. Many families needed bodywork as part of their care, but juggling multiple appointments and providers could quickly become overwhelming.
So Erica began studying massage therapy to offer more complete, hands-on support.
Along the way, she discovered something deeper: she loved the work of helping people return to themselves through touch, presence, and intentional care.
Today, Erica works with adults who need space to relax, release tension, manage discomfort, and feel more at home in their bodies.

Your Body Is How You Get to Be Here.
At Nurtured Being Wellness, massage is rooted in one simple belief:
Your body deserves care.
Not only when you are injured.
Not only when you are burned out.
Not only when the pain becomes impossible to ignore.
Your body carries you through work, caregiving, stress, change, healing, joy, and everyday life. It deserves support that helps you feel more comfortable, connected, and present.
Erica does not approach massage as a way to “fix” you.
Instead, she creates a supportive space where your body can soften, your nervous system can settle, and you can reconnect with yourself at your own pace.
You Are Always in Charge of Your Care
Feeling comfortable matters.
Before your first session, Erica will talk with you about your health history, goals, pressure preferences, areas of focus, and anything you want avoided. She may ask about positional comfort, essential oils, music, or other details that help make the session feel right for you.
You are always welcome to speak up.
If the pressure is too much
If something feels tender.
If you only want work on certain areas
If you need quiet, extra support, or a different approach
Massage should not be something you endure. It should be a space where you feel respected, heard, and safe.
Ready to Feel More at Home in Your Body?
You do not have to wait until stress, tension, or pain takes over.
Make time to feel grounded, cared for, and connected again.
